Service overview

FoodFindr helps users discover nearby live vendors and community-submitted listings. Listings may be created by sellers, community members, or platform staff.

At launch, FoodFindr is free for shoppers to use and free for sellers to create listings and go live.

No platform checkout or payment processing

FoodFindr does not process in-app purchases, hold customer funds, act as the merchant of record, set seller prices, or issue seller refunds. Payments and refunds are handled directly between buyers and sellers unless FoodFindr clearly introduces a separate payment product later.

No guarantee of availability

FoodFindr does not guarantee that any listing is active, accurate, safe, or available at the time you view it. Confidence signals are estimates based on vendor activity, community reports, and freshness logic.

User conduct

• do not submit false or misleading reports
• do not upload misleading or abusive photos
• do not harass sellers or other users
• do not manipulate confidence signals or alerts
• do not misuse the app for fraud or illegal activity

Seller responsibility and moderation

Sellers are responsible for the goods they sell, their pricing, payment collection, refunds, and compliance with local laws. FoodFindr may review, remove, limit, or moderate listings, claims, photos, and reports.
